Is this on a loadbalanced environment ?

Does this happen on loading of content on some pages ?
Like if you click fast around it happens, and 1 page at a time, its ok ?

I'd check the database load at first, but if thats not the issue, I hope someone else has an idea 🙂

I'm assuming that this is block list? If so, I suspect that the document type that use to be used has been removed and it doesn't understand the data any more
