I'm R4 in #85. We have a handful of whales (~20), daily active players, and a 3-head organised. But really boring servor : every parcel of land is predefined. Capitals and Imperial fights are prohibited.

We faced #81 - which had an interesting rule in place. Kinda fix the issue of (war vs. diplo) mood every servor seems to face with his players. Might wanna share

There is nothing for sure. There is a couple different camps here. Some are looking for kvk servers with tons of power. And some are not interested in super high power servers due to not being able to do mge. This is just a place where people can meet and maybe form little groups of ppl that are looking for similar things.

Whales: 40-60M

From what I saw, with a well optimized roaster, a 30M dolphin can crush a random 50M whale.

The game is still kinda logaritmic regarding power level. And heroes accounting for 80% of damage on fights, it all comes down to your optimization of line-up/runes/rings. Trick is max defense as of now, to mitigate (over-powered) heroes skills

Server 21 is where I am from. We won all kvks so far.

I dont think my sever would be able to beat 42 in kvk when they they match in the future. But keep in mind when joining server 42 it will be expensive to get top 10 in mge. I have wanted to join 42 myself. But after seeing the top 10 mge scores. It will be expensive to get new mge heros. This is something to take into consideration when thinking about moving to another server since us whales want to get those new heros lol.

It's strong enough to not lose kvks and not enough whales to make getting mge heroes difficult. And I think a lot more whales will be going to 42 when migration happens. So it will be even harder to get those heroes

Cuz our server is very strong due to our whales. We won all kvks so far. In fact from what I've seen i think 42 is the only sever that will beat us. And im 100% cool with being top 5 servers in kvk. I'm content with that.

Yeah sooner or later people can get the MGE hero in 42 as far as you hoard enough for it. Right now top 1 and 2 are from LoG (the 5th alliance in power lol)

I think once they unlock the hero they don’t try again in next MEEs and give the opportunity to others, otherwise you wouldn’t see 5th alliance in the MGE ngl, specifically top 1-2…

The first MGEs are obviously a chaos since clearly the biggest spenders want the hero and they go crazy for it, but after the 2nd round, I think everyone has a fair chance (obviously as far as you hoard enough, by enough is probably a few million points more than in another server, but nothing too crazy).

To be honest, idk how migration system will be (specially if it’s costly or not), but it’s way easier to join a dead server, get the MGE hero you want for very cheap and then move to a big server…

You know you can always migrate to a dead server to get any hero in MGE for the lowest cost then migrate to a competitive kvk server afterwards

Not only in 42 but in any big sized server the first MGEs will be a carnage ngl, everyone wants the new heros when they are out, specially whales.

With migration coming there will be more megaservers, in fact way stronger than 42 who knows. So expect the MGE points competition to increase in all the servers receiving jumpers, and to drastically reduce in the ones who lose players.

We always warn that in 42 is harder to get MGE hero than in most of the other servers, however it’s not impossible as far as you are patient (and obviously as far as you are fine with the whales from 42 unlocking first lol, after all they are the ones who carry the most in war events…)

I’ve seen server 40 and I doubt their MGE is easy, they are crazy active and strong, and there’s quite a good amount of servers like them to date, even new ones above the 100s that we don’t know anything about them.

Server 64 has attempted MGE rigging and we ran into issues of “punishing” those who steal a spot in the top 10. As of now we have stopped but building a new system hopefully in time for Ramses

This has been debunked many times now. Top10 is hard for any player if you dont save up a long time or spend a lot money, this is the same for every server. If you spend a lot, theres no issue. If you dont spend a lot, you have to save up anyway and wont get it the first few rounds, and after a few rounds the scores are much lower even in succesful servers like 42.

I dont think so no. I think there is a split between whales actually. Some want kvk and server strength for event rankings. And some want to have easier mge so they don't spend so much money constantly.

In facts I was always intending on going to 42 due to wanting the former until a group of whales explained why they did not want 42. I respect their opinion of course. And after joining 42 and paying attention to the mge scores I can see why they think this way now. It's not a huge difference by any means. But I have seen 42s 10th place scores differ by 4 or 7 million roughly compared to MY server. And is a valid argument on their part. And they changed my mind actually lol. 500 days of speed ups is significantly cheaper than 600 days of speed ups. Us whales justify spending a thousand dollars in a week on this game. But even we have a point where we say Jesus I gotta chill out on this lol. So I respect their position of not wanting 42 over this. I had not thought about this aspect until they informed me of it and joined 42 and payed attention to the points.

Everyone has their own goals. Mine is a strong alliance and peaceful sever that focuses on kvk and events. But I also want mge heroes more easily. So its a really hard choice unless they do something about making the tokens more easily obtainable.

I would be interested in keeping tabs on the big servers mge results specifically rank 10. And having that information ready for ppl so they are informed before migrating.

There is nothing wrong about wanting a super strong server like 42 just like there's nothing wrong with wanting a lack of whales in a server to obtain mge heroes more easily.

These are all valid reasons for choosing a server. And I believe it is our duty to give migrants all the info so they can make an informed decision

I have heard kingdom 1 has started to rig mge to allow less spending overall.

The main purpsose for rigging mge is to help ppl not waste recourses battling for 10th place and causing ppl to spend 1k days of speed ups to get 11th place
