gem rarity will give higher stats, the more rare the higher the stat. Yes seqeunce matters, certain gems are locked to certain armor pieces etc, such as might gems only going on the armguard, while HP go on the helmet etc

• Using the points to buy VIP levels and get closer to VIP 12.

The question is whether I should run a 3-star Attila and buy VIP points, or use Empire Coins on the wheel to make Attila 5-star.

At this point most recommend to get vip done since attila works at 3 star.

Hmmmmm, I would suggest perhaps going the vip 12 route. I say this because VIP 12 will give you access to 20 universal medals a week you can buy. The longer you have access to that shop the more universal medals you can stack and the less daily boxes you have to buy for Rani. Can also use on Atilla if you want. Assuming you have a lot of heroes to unlock still, I think if you can buy yellow medals for $1 per medal it might be cheaper than spinning the wheel.

In season 2 use those empire coins you saved on Lu Bu himself and can save some medals. Also since you have maxed your first army have a look into swordsman. They will accompany your Lu bu well since they can take care of pikes while you kill everyone else etc. Yodit at 5* is particularly op

I did run into a very disturbing problem during today’s kvk event. Even more disturbing: I’m not able to report it to support.
Maybe someone can pass this on:

Did relocate to Server 13 during KvK event. Did send three troops to reenforce three other players besides me. When those players relocated back to Server 4, one troop was still showing it was reenforcing. Could not relocate and could not call back. After quitting and restarting the game the troop was not shown mother side anymore and relocating worked.
I lost a lot of durability and had to use a shield to stay.
