If it says pre register means your Google account is not in those 4 countries which means you're not doing it correctly

Simply turning on VPN isn't enough

Turn VPN on > Force stop Google play > delete data from Google play > then enter Google play again.

If this doesn't work then make a new Google play account while VPN is turned on

But that stay on same position with a deference that stay lock on my first account,
I sign out all my accounts from divece and sign in with a different account and vpn 2 times with different accounts but that stay on same position,

while counterattack is a type of passive skill, which is triggered by an opponent's attack, the more attacks there are, the greater the counter attack is triggered, but counterattack can only be done once in 1 second

so a double attack cannot make a counter attack twice

For merit points, all building battles are counted, and also on the world map, as long as the person you are fighting is a player

For example I have 5 march level 90 , but enemy has 1 march 110, if I swarm him for example I should deal 500 norm attack , if I swarm with 5 march I should deal 2500 normal attack damge,
And other side his march is level 110, he just can deal 1000 normal attack damage, when I hit with 5 march this 1000 dam should divided between 5 march , mean each of my march will get 200 normal attack damage, this is right like rise of kingdom, but here if I hit 5 march to that 1 march, all of my march will get 1000 damage, 5 of my march will be half to kill that 1 march, it's wrong
I can't kill a level 110 march with 5 level 90 march, my marchs will be half and I will lose more troops to kill that troops

Yes I have seen this reported a few times, try a few common fixes such as:

• Clearing cache.
• Deleting data.
• Force stopping the application.
