Once upon a time, there lived a formidable painter, noteworthy for the atrocities which would bleed from his paintbrush and onto his canvas. From the kingdom he served that harbored the finest of wines and the fighting of horned beasts, he fled to the city of Krat in search of a new stock of sheep to infiltrate and sink his teeth into. And sink his teeth into Krat he did, as people cried in both anguish and awe at the pieces of the likes of which they've never seen before. They'd spark countless discussions, flooded with both adoration and scorn, but critiques nonetheless. Oh how he loved it, eating it up like a starved beast, for nothing was better than the raw flesh of a person's mind—served before him on a silver platter. To him, art should be of comfort to the disturbed and of disturbance to the comforted.

This art is super cool : 0 how long did it take you?
Thank you! The one with the shadow took me about 2 or 1 nights I think. And the other...I kinda procrastinated for months to complete it lolz

"Suddenly, his ears picked up the sound of distant crying, cutting him out of his thoughts and prompting him to stop, listening for it. The crying came from farther up, inside one of the many houses that aligned the sides of the street, and it sounded like that of a baby’s."
I am happy to say, the story is now on AO3 so people can read it. It is only the prologue at the moment, but the first chapter shall be in the works now. I hope everyone interested will enjoy the narrative I create, and I hope I execute it well.
