For improved consistency, cohesion and synchronization the new guild requirements / suggestions are as followed:
▶️Any player willing to spend 40 hours minimum on DAOC will be able to draw on the player assistance program and entitled to a $600 minimum weekly salary based on gameplay and level of toxicity in discord (push to talk required, no open mics)
▶️There will be no less than 3 ounces of (Sativa type) marijuana to be provided and must be on hand at all times to be delivered from the emerald triangle in California - please note: if the player maintains an IRS of 5,000 minimum during the first month of play on their main character the price per ounce will be reduced to $160 including shipping (less than 2,500 IRS is subject to the full $320 price per ounce)
▶️Any player with a spouse deemed “needy” by guild vote is entitled to draw from the divorce assistance program (legal fees will be fully paid if divorce is filed within the next 2 weeks).
▶️Paid tuition assistance program for all children to attend boarding school for the upcoming school year (with a special emphasis on IT/network configuration).
▶️Lastly any player found in the public BG will immediately lose benefits and be expelled from the guild.

Imo daoc has always been about the community of players and less about its own development and marketing. Let’s be honest Mythic had “some issues” and when EA got involved they just wanted a ROI and didn’t develop anything. So why do we continue? Because of the community.
The players have made the game what it is and we need to continue encouraging people to self govern the population balance so that everyone can have a good experience (it’s possible). I appreciate the fact that we’re the players keeping this game alive and wouldn’t suggest being toxic / disrespectful to anyone who’s making a time contribution to daoc. I’m looking forward to a great start for S2 and hope we can maintain the increased player base by offering up groups to new players and getting them involved in the community. It’s always been a team game and we need to put that idea back to the forefront so the community can grow and be enjoyable for the next decade. You’re my boy blue.
