Unplug the O4 and try again, if that doesn't work remove the receiver also. Carefully check the board for shorts or stray solder blobs, and check the pins in the USB dongle cable.

Yes. I’ve run the impulserc driver fixer aswell.

Nothing it goes completely through. Updated and fixed but I’m still not getting anything on betaflight
