How do i use a multimeter to test if my esc is providing appropriate power to my flight controller | Betaflight | Page 1

i either have to buy a new esc or flight controller as my flight controller isnt waking up on battery does when plugged into the computer and the motors still work

i have a multimeter but never used it before. DO NOT want to accidentally fry something.

I have a flight controller lined up on facebook marketplace so i would appreciate a fast response

Set it to the 200V DC range, connect the probes to COM and the 200mA 300V fused input, and measure the voltage between the GND and VBAT pins on the ESC. Do it carefully, otherwise you could short something out
