Pavo 20 Pro O3 pnp - motors don't spin

All good evening , despite original hex and txt files (BF 4.5.0) , motors don't spin also in Betaflight motors tab.
Everything has been checked.
All works fine but motors are dead.
With master at about 1050 I can hear a little beep, but no spin.
What could I check ?
Any idea ?

for me the fix for most motor related issues was turn Bidirectional Dshot off and go for Dshot600 🤷‍♂️
