Well if the flight controller can't even communicate with one ESC channel, that's the first thing I'd check

I don't know what to tell you, you're free to troubleshoot this on your own if you don't think my suggestions are worth trying

The ESC connector doesn't look fully connected to the FC, try pushing it in harder
