If i use the Beta flight software to connect my Radio it works, but only for some time right after it. When i return to the drone and Radio after both have been off for a while the connection keeps ripping off in a matter of seconds.

did some more testing, like binding the receiver by circling power 3 times. Drone bound and responded well. I wasn't brave enough to fly it, and i was right. I turned both the radio and the drone off, and when i turned them on again the rf signal just keps fading in and out of existence after a few seconds.

Put both TX and RX into WiFi mode and show screenshots of the !webui like so:

i have other drones using the same remote so i´d rather change the receivers side

You do not, all ELRS v3 versions are compatible

But you should always flash the latest version

The other issue was you had your TX flashed with LBT firmware and your receiver flashed with ISM firmware
