Sounds like it may be in "flip over after crash" mode

I deactivated that mode and now no motors turn. Lol. So there's one problem gone.
what arming disabled flags show up now?
Okay, I found a way to finally update firmware. I did that, then it lost all gyro, functionalities, and
Accelerometer, so I rolled back to an older firmware but substantially newer than what was on there. Everything seems to work right, except
My control functions. I see everything in Beta. Flight working with my radio I can test the motors in Beta flight. They respond perfectly when I disconnect from Beta flight, my radio connects to my receiver. I can see the board led flashing to my switches, according to my radio. But no functionality even the beeper flashes but no beeps.
@austere nymph it was, thank you, but it wasn't responding to my switches. So I removed all modes besides arm
@somber loom I'll check that this afternoon. Hopefully that gives me the answer I'm looking for. Thank you. I'll let you know what I find.
@somber loom rpm filtering
try without bidirection dshot in motor tab
or flash the esc with bluejay if you haven't yet
(though if you already have, you shouldn't be having this flag)
It works with Bidirectional shot off. Im not 100% sure if the TH freestyle 2 can hande Bd dshot. But it seems to work with it off. Now I just need to try and fly it maybe tomorrow and see if it can take off. Thank you
Im not sure what blue jay is. Is it similar to betaflight or is it a FW?
it's an esc firmware with bidirectional dshot support
@somber loom oh, so will that help or will it be more battery efficient
bidirectional dshot is needed if you want to have rpm filtering, which will help with motor noise filtering, which in turn lets you have much fewer filters for the gyro, which then gives you much lower delay on your drone's reaction
