Pavo Femto DJI O4 not working with DJI RC3

I'm not able to get the DJI RC3 controller to work with a Pavo Femto DJI O4 I've just received.

I got video in goggles, and I can see the dron rotate in the Setup if I rotate the PavoFemto.

I've followed several tutorials, used the dji sbus fast preset and tried many things, but still no luck.

ℹ️ I'm on a MacBook Pro with Chip Apple M4 Pro.
