Can't get Beta FPV Controller to Connect to Betaflight

I'm still having a ton of issues just getting connected to the Betaflight application. I have my controller plugged in to my computer

It says that my controller is associated with COM Port 4

But when I go to Ports there is no COM Port 4. I will note that I can only find the Betaflight controller if I 'View Devices by Container' in Device Manager. If I 'View Devices by Type' I can't find it anywhere.

I've tried running Impluse RC Driver but I just get the green bar bouncing back and forth saying "searching for flight controller". Also, this is a USB data cable.

That's not a flight controller

It's a remote controller... Betaflight Configurator is only meant for use with flight controller boards in actual drones
