Hummingbird v4 AIO stuck at rebooting after "save and reboot"

Hey guys,
So I just got the new newbeedrone hummingbird v4 and whenever I needed to reboot after using the OSD menu, it's stuck at "rebooting...". The video went out and came back as it should, but instead of the splash screen, the "rebooting..." stayed.

All settings are on factory default. Diff all CLI is included here.

To recreate this, simply go into your OSD menu and choose save and reboot when you back out. Any help is appreciated.
