do you have a capacitor soldered on the ESC
or maybe loose connection or dry solder joint
S i have capacitor in esc but it's not loose connection sir it also not dry soldered
The 4 th motor is working good the 1,2,3 rd motor is only rebooting when the impact
can you post the BLHeli "ESC setup and overview" and Betaflight motors tab screenshots
and if you have Blackbox logs when its rebooting, share that as well
Ok sir
read the settings first in blheli and share screen of both esc setup and overview
then in motors tab "remove props" connect your battery and ramp all the motors slowely and see what happens
I can't understand sir
first remove props, connect to bl heli and connect battery and hit the read button
then share screens of the first two tabs
This is the one with readed set up sir see down below the esc number is shown so it's already readed
The name of the esc is also shown above
This is the readed set up setting screen shot
please share screenshot of overview tab
also hit the check tab see if any errors
This is the over view sir
- for 5", 23 degree timing, but this is off-subject.
- reboots usually due to power-supply. broken wire, solder, XTplug, battery, something. faulty ESC maybe
U said motor timing sir
But the 4 th motor is working well
That one is not rebooting
When throttle punch or impact
your screenshot is barely visible but looks like your motor timing is 10 deg, ideally it should be around 23-24deg for 5" quad with 2207 motors
I ll change and test sir
Mean
This setting is correct sir
I have a dout is the esc components will heat when power up
Just now I checked one of the component is heats up
This thing is heatπ₯π₯π₯ up when I power it
hot enough that you cant touch?
Ahh my hand is not feeling the the hot is touchable but its not a operating temperature of an ic up to 70 to 80 degree celsius
70deg C you cannot touch it, u will burn your finger
anyways try changing the timing back to 23" and see if that helps, also as @pseudo condor pointed could be a bad esc as well
It's not feel to my fingers because I got more time heat in soldring iron that's y π π π
It's not a FC fault sir it's sure about that
have you soldered a capacitor on the ESC ?
Yes sir
I am now removed to see the esc main board
if its that hot could be a bad ESC buddy
u may have to send to someone to have it repaired
It's rush blade 55 A
But it's firmware is crashed it's a bl32 esc iam unable to do reflash it again
Is that way to flash it
Do you know any service center in india
Sir
check you DM, i have shared the contact
