I have a sequre h743 and a sequre e70 g1.. They take power and I have connected the fc to my betaflight but it isnt taking input from my receiver. I have a fs-i6 x and it says it picks up tx and rx but there is no input in betaflight. I can send photos if needed. Thank you

#

Im completely new to this btw

ahhh okay Ill try that and yes I know. I am doing this for a college project and I used a fs i6 a while ago and thought it would be a good choice to use for this again

#

So just to make sure I have it right, I use radio protocol under ibus right?

Gotcha Its flashing again

#

Ive flashed it and tried it but its still not

#

Ill take a ss

#

I did read that the uart port has a t1 and a r1 that connects to a rx and tx port on the reciever

get a good photo of how the receiver is connected to the FC

#

wait... IA6 or IA6B?

#

Fs i6

#

I'm not sure is it's 6 or 6b

the receiver is an ia10b, as it says on the plastic shell

forest saddle
#

ohhhh that I thought it was referring to the controller

#

my bad

delicate grotto
#

where's the green wire going to?

forest saddle
#

The data pin on the ia10 and to t1

delicate grotto
#

it needs to go to an RX connection, not a TX connection on the FC

forest saddle
#

does it need to be tx?

delicate grotto
#

RX

#

the IBUS output from the receiver needs to go to an RX pin/pad on the FC

forest saddle
#

okay so I should just swap the cables to r1?

delicate grotto
#

yes

forest saddle
#

ohhhh okay Im sorry about that

#

Ill solder them together rq

nice

#

consider upgrading to a modern RC link system like ELRS, it shouldn't even be too expensive over FlySky
