check that your are getting throttle input on Receiver tab.
try regular non-horizon, non-stable mode.
and make sure using fully charged lipo. appropriate cell-count for KV of motors.

can skip to the end, whether you go 48khz or 96khz is up to you.
he basically puts max min/max and turns "protection" to 3X
