No Motoroutput on BF 4.5 and BLHelis_S

I tested some scenarios with older and current BF versions and BlHeliS and Bluejay. Is it a bug that BLHeli_S no longer works with Betaflight 4.5? The motors can no longer be controlled. I've been flashing back and forth and the combination of Betaflight 4.5 and BlHeli_S doesn't work.

Is there an explanation for this? Is that intentional?

could be due to dshot bitbang

submit support data via the button in the CLI tab and post the support ID here (the CLI should spit out the support ID after you have submitted the support data)

also could be startup power too low, but check bitbang first.

Or having bidirectional DShot enabled, as BlHeli_S does not support it

definitely not. I know betaflight since 2016 and I know how to set up betaflight. but these conflict is a new issue since BF 4.5

No, BL Heli_S dosent works wiht BL heli S, with oder with no Bidirectional DShot. I flashed Bluejay and it works. but the Bi Directional DShot switch MUST ALWAYS be on, otherwise Betaflight motors will not be controlled

Is this a F722 FC? If so then it's a known bug in 4.5.0. The bidirectional DShot setting must match the DShot bitbang setting.

Regardless, why would you run anything but Bluejay at this point?

Thank you very much!! Will it be fixed in future Betaflight versions? I don't use BlHeli_S anyway, just Bluejay. But we had the problem on our Discord server that a beginner couldn't get his engines running. I then tested all the firmwares together as described and found that.
