Can't install betaflight - system can not find specified file

It's not totally there yet but it might get you going

Remove previous configurator - and maybe use something like ccleaner.

Or remove betaflight folder from appdata

Turns out I had to go to Programs and Features, then "uninstall" Betaflight Configurator. When the uninstaller says the program cannot be found, click the option to remove the program from the list. Then the installation can be run normally.
