Drone goes full throttle on arm

Im a first time FPV-er, so im not sure what im doing wrong. My drone goes on full throttle once armed and i cannot reduce throttle.

This is my set up:
BetaFPV Pavo 20
DJI 03 Air Unit
DJI Controller 2
DJI Integra

Tested drone motors using BetaFlight slider button and all motors operate fine, but when armed using controller it goes to full throttle and does not come down unless i disarm.

All devices have latest firmware, i followed a step-by-step guide on YouTube to set up the Pavo 20, but now i am facing the full throttle issue.

Tried props off when connected to betaflight, and props on when disconnected and ready to fly…same results, after about 2 seconds of arming it goes to full throttle and wont come down unless i disarm

Props are on correctly, this is the case even with props off…drone automatically goes to full throttle once armed, even without applying any throttle…even when bringing throttle all the way down, still goes full power
