Upon plugging in the usb cord i'm able to see the receiver etc but when i insert a lipo the fc is dead and i cannot arm the motors. I have an Iflight Baby Nazgul 73mm quad.
#FC does not respond to lipo being plugged in.

most likely 5v bec is dead
check FC ESC connetor and short circuit on 5v to gnd

Dead 5v regular most likely. Did this happen wiring it up?

Turns out there is a power chip that was defective and the Baby Naz repairs would cost more then the drone itself.

like as I said. Repair should cost less than 50$ or you could replace FC
