#New Frame and Motors - New high current problem

I recently moved my electronics to a new frame and changed out the motors.
On the new build, I'm drawing >20 amps just hovering. The current draw is overheating the batteries and causing the O3 to drop off line, presumably because the 10V is dropping too low.
On the bench, I can run the motors to full speed with only 1-2 Amps draw.

I am running a Skystars F7HD PRO3 Flight Controller OSD KO60 60A stack.
My motors are XING II 3110 1250.

I've attached my CLI for reference.

Any ideas as to why I mig

It's also possible that there's a tune issue that's making them draw even more current from trying to spool up/down too fast

Those are massive motors. What kind of a quad are you using them on?

A 7.5" cine build using the MOZ7 frame.

Yeah that's really big for the size

Almost twice the usual size

But that does not explain the current draw.

Have you looked at the datasheet for the motor?

Isn't the typical motor for a 7" a 2806.5..

So why does ~20A current draw suprise you then? Assuming you're hovering at approx 30% throttle, each motor will be pulling roughly 5-10A, so, 20-40A total which I assume what your figure is
