SmartAudio Undefined

Hello community. I can't seem to get the SmartAudio to work properly. I am currently using:
BT 4.4.2
Configurator 10.9.0.
FC: Mateksys H743-SLIM V3
VTX: Akk Race Ranger (Int. Version)

Previous steps take:

• Set the Port UART4 to VTX (TBS SmartAudio) in the ports tab.
• Configured the VTX table according to the manufacturer guide found here: https://www.akktek.com/akk-race-ranger-n-a-for-us-customer.html
• Confirmed wiring is ok and there is continuity in the Telemetry/SA wire.
  -Debugged to check current SA version (2.1)

Please help. I can't change freq, band, or power through the goggles, nor BF. Only through tthe VTX's button. Which is annoying. Also. I am not getting any telemetry from the VTX onto the OSD.

Have you configured for smartaudio in the PORTS screen?

Might be worth trying IRC Tramp too.
