Looks like your ESC (and possibly your motor too) have failed. Does the motor spin freely by hand when you turn it with the same feeling as the other one?

Check your wiring from FC to ESC if its a seperate board

Don't get too worried about that now, just give them a wiggle and a push and then see whether anything changes

And so all 4 motors make the same sound and same lights on startup now?

Yes you'll definitely want to fix or replace the wiring harness that goes between the 2

#

I'd just replace it if it was me, not worth the hassle trying to fix it

#

But you can 'retension' the pins inside the connectors if you want to take the risk
