that was 4 builds ago and all 4 builds have been twitching. so its not the fc, the esc have all been different, my adc filters are off and on my most recent build my pids and filters are all stock and its actually worse twitching on the stock one. I talked to the elrs devs and they dont think its to do with elrs. I am starting to think its my sticks.. does anyone here have any thoughts on this issue thars ive been trying to solve for a year? and lastly was settings would I use in blackbox to read the inputs coming from the radio. Maybe I have a bad stick

Is the controller the only thing in common between all quads?
If you have a blackbox recording that was taken during one of the twitching flights, post it here and one of the black box gurus will no doubt be interested.
Also, what's the controller you are using?

Any log with stick overlay will show if the quad thinks the sticks are moving and sending signals. You just have to find a twitching moment and watch the stick overlay closely.
I do see that the controller has potentiometers in the gimbals. I have seen other controllers with potentiometers do similar things. This is not to say that your controller IS actually at fault, just that I have seen behaviour like this in other potentiometer-equipped radios.
(I had one myself where the throttle jumped from around a value of 1100 through to 1400, with nothing in between, but then it would twitch between those two values - which just made it unusable).
