#BetaFPV F4 1S 12A AIO Brushless Flight Controller 2022 (SPI ELRS 2.4G) Driver Issues

Hello, I am unable to connect my BetaFPV F4 1S 12A AIO Brushless Flight Controller 2022 (SPI ELRS 2.4G) https://betafpv.com/collections/expresslrs-series/products/f4-1s-12a-flight-controller to Betaflight Configurator Version 10.9.0 .

An error message "device descriptor request failed" popped up every time I connect the FC to my windows 11 computer, even though I have followed this instruction guide https://support.betafpv.com/hc/en-us/articles/900004741703-Troubleshooting-Cannot-Connect-to-Betaflight-Configurator and installed "STM32 Virtual Com Port Driver". I have also tried to connect the FC to my Ubuntu laptop but to no avail.

However, I am still able to fly the quad normally as it was previously configured by my local retailer, just unable to connect to my computer for configuration.

I am fairly new to FPV and still actively learning, any advice is much appreciated !

On the main page for betaflight there are links for drivers you may or may not need, I'd download the cpx and stm32 drivers, reboot and try again

Have you tried another cable?

I only got the one cable included in the package and I’m guessing that’s the problem, will try a new one when it arrives.
