If you don't mind me asking - what is your reason for using 4.4? (not saying that you shouldn't use it, just want want to see how to proceed)

asking in case you want it for ELRS 3.0 (there is an alternative way in that case)

Elrs 3.0 is the reason for me. Glad it you could share me the solution for elrs 3.0 on bf4.3.1

you can get modified BF 4.3.1 with ELRS 3.0 support from here

you load the file in BF Configurator using the Load Firwmare [Local] button before flashing

But other then that i really would like to be able to fly the latest firmware but no later then stable 4.4 so i hope someone from the dev team will look into it

I can't guarantee perfect functionality, it's a 3rd party modified firmware, but it should be using the same ELRS 3.0 code that 4.4 uses.
I haven't seen any real issues with it so far, lots of people fly modified ELRS 3.0 firmwares, especially on Mobulas.

I watched both your videos but I still cannot see what is wrong. Can you describe what exactly is "super laggy"?

Watch 4.4 again please. When I turn the flight controller with my hands. Look at the monitor right after and you will see how long the flight controller takes to move to that position I have turned it to it's not responding close to what a "working" flight controller reacts like

Bf4.4 rc5 still does something to the gyro. Superlaggy barley notices when I move the flight controller by hand. I hope i is just a broken Fc but i can not tell.
