Hi there I just recently build a new pc with the hyte Y70 touch but i realised that it was really eating into my cpu power making it overheat and reach 100% where it should not is there any fixes to this? It also freezes up constantly from time to time as well.

Have you tried doing a clean install of Nexus?
Also you have a cooling problem
Your cpu shouldnt overheat even when at 100% utilization

thats a bit on the higher end of what id expect with the kraken
Id recommend you run a proper cpu stress test though

yea when it is off the temperatures go down to a 40
only at most 15% usage

yea its mostly nexus that is causing my cpu to increase in utilization and heat

Did some more testing found out it was specifically the media block that I add to the screen that makes it utilize so much of my cpu
without it it runs perfectly fine
