Regarding the order query on the HYTE website, it shows that it is waiting for fulfillment. Will the status be updated?
Typically awaiting fulfillment means that the product needs to be packaged or hyte is waiting for the product to arrive at their warehouse in the case of preorders and backorders
It being Christmas today, a national holiday in the US, theres noone around to prepare the product
I see. So because of the festival, the products may not be shipped until next year because the New Year will be here in a few days😭

I’m not sure if it’s useful. I sent an email to HYTE using gmail to ask, but I haven’t received any answer so I’m very sad.

After placing the order on 11/24, they sent me a letter saying that my address needs to be confirmed, so I wrote the detailed address and then replied, but I wasn’t sure if there was a problem. I asked them but they didn’t respond.
I'll try to get someone to look into it once they're back in office
