Hyte Y70 Touch Media Widget

Hiya.
I just set up my Hyte Y70 Touch, but the media widget doesnt recognize anything. How do i fix this?

The media widget, which is supposed to show like music and stuff

Oh is it not showing on the Hyte y70 screen? But it is showing it on the software when you edit

yeah the rest seems to work, but this just doesnt show any media playing

And what software did you download? The beta or the one from the Hyte.com

its from hyte.com, and yeah i tested both youtube music and spotify

Nothing popped up?

Or ir does and it disappeared

im constantly just playing music, but nothing happens (it just stays the same as in the screenshot)

Okay…um go to the settings on the Hyte y70 I’ll say on the top to remove the Hyte software from the screen and see if it changed, if not it may be considered to uninstall the software

And I’m a music person so sometimes when I play music the article doesn’t pop up but the name will and the rest but the photo doesn’t, they said they will fix it because that music widget is not great but good enough to work

yeah i managed to get it to work now by using youtube music as a website instead of an app, but yeah the photo stays the same
