Hyper 212 is a really old design tower cooler. It's over a decade old if my understanding of timing is correct. You'd likely be better off with a more recent tower cooler design like an Ak400.
As for motherboard and cpu... you got an AM5 motherboard and AM4 processor
Either swap the cpu with a 7700x or swap the motherboard with a x570 or b550 motherboard.
If you're staying on AM5 you'll want to make aure you have DDR5 ram. If you're going AM4 however you want DDR4
As for the SSD. Samsung is a well-known brand but not always the best bang for the buck. I'd also check 1 TB models of the following competition to see how they compare:
• Solidgm P44
• SK Hynix P41 Platinum
• Western Digital 850x (Black)
• Nextorage G
• Sabrent Rocket G (Or Rocket Plus can work too)
• Crucial P5 Plus

Ok, I was told to up the GPU for what I had before (that’s what I have) then I was told to up the graphics card from a $130, to the 6600 card.
I am looking at the y60 case, but that’s more then I want to spend right now

1080p is good, 2k would be what i would go up to, with 4k, cords get hot. I want to stick with AMD

@lime jasper if you plan on just gaming then this cpu us perfect for the AM4 platform. However if you plan on doing any streaming or production then you should switch to a 5800x or better if you can.
@lime jasper I have a 6800xt, if you can afford this gpu then I would but the 6750xt is a good card you can overclock.
@lime jasper get windows key from gvgmall and get it for $20.00. If you have another computer you can ether clone windows if you have it already or you can get a free version of it from Microsoft you just have to deal with the watermark at the lower corner till you get a key.
