hi to any one who can help, i have recently purchased the hyte 40 from overclockers here in the UK. if for some major pisstake upsetting moment one or both of my windows go for a burden (aka break into a million puzzle pieces) who do i get in touch with to replace. is it overclockers or do i go straight to the horse's mouth (aka hyte them self)

I do not know how it would work exactly in the UK, but at least in Europe the shop you bought it from has to uphold the warranty, if you go directly to the manufacturer the shop is legally allowed to not honor the warranty anymore since you haven’t given them the chance to fix the problem
so if i got in touch with overclockers (IF anything happend in the warrenty period) they should honor new glass panels ? free of charge? or would there be a charge if i went through either OCuk OR HYTE ?

just sent them a webticket to ask ... but my luck its bank holiday haha
asked OCuk and they dont have/cant give any replacement front panel's told me to come straight to hyte
I may have misread your initial message, if something breaks because of your own doing the supplier/vendor doesn't have to do anything for you. Now if something breaks without your doing, for example a side panel disintegrating while in the case it could be classified as a faulty product and the supplier/vendor is required to repair/replace the faulty product.
