Tbh i love the fabric, but nothing really match this red, for the armor you'll end up finding some great matchs, but for a helmet it's hard, banished knigh altered is good but i don't a full helmet, radahn's helm have a great look but the golden and tusked face is bad, ofc all crown works with it (except godfrey's one, too bad we cannot alter the hairs out like with messmer's helm) but all other are either straight up bad, not matching of just off

I think there are several but the one I’m really aware of is I think speaking to Shabriri for the first time. So speak to him, then teleport to Land of Shadow and rest. I’m not sure but I think that’s how it works.

Yes, well I found a chest piece that made the mesmer helmet look good actually and it feels. I would agree with you on the solitude grieves because the geometry compared the beastial chest so I'll consider changing them.

Hum, i'm facing a dilema with the legs, 1rst is better overall for the color schem, but the more golden-ish is not working well and i don't like the feets
2nd one is perfect, but the legs are a bit too silver-ish making it look bad on very bright lights and from certain angles,, but I love the boots

The weapon is the battle hammer from the duelist, i think you cannot obtain more of them if you burn the tree however there is the rotten version that appears bloody.
Sadly the scale armor is from the DLC i think, so i'll suggest this with the altered ronin's chest

but what we really want is the magic and holy damage and malikeths ash of war which does 7k not counting the deathblight, and malikeths is +10 and radahns word is +9
