first time trying fashion. forgot i had the lantern out cuz it was dark earlier
sure
wait i gotta change the disc if i do that i'm doin it later lmao
@junior rune what would ya say of my first time tryin fashion on elden ring
desperate prayer from gowry
it's praying on your knees
of course that exists and of course i don't have it lmao
you get it during gowry/millicent's questline, after buying an incantation off him
thats why i don't have it i never buy jack from him
How's the drip?
8/10 i would swap the greaves though
to what?
yo faust rate mine
7/10
This is my Red Riding Hood Huntress character. Thoughts?
on the way to murder granny đ
and the wolf đđ
who's arm did you rip off for that dagger
Itâs alright. I would switch the boots to the travelerâs boots if you have them, as well as the reduvia for some kind of torch. To me, Red Riding Hood doesnât make sense to have a visceral blood dagger. Itâs up to you, though
but red riding hood makes sense to have the curved greatsword of the doggo knights
Between the two, yeah
alot of people are more likely to have a curved greatsword than a visceral bloodied dagger tho lmao
lol yeah one is just a weapon and the other is blood magic infused into a weapon
could try noble's boots, they're also red
Is that the noble trousers?
yeah whatever has white pants and red boots
She went rogue đ
More like this?
if you think it looks good rock it
Better than before. I still think a torch would be more thematically fitting, considering she travels through forests at night or some sht
I like the sound of that
Since Iâm going for a darker (mature) version of her
beast repellent torch would fit perfectly
Like this?
Ayee we meet again lol
Hey! And nice drip yourself
I love the Oathseeker stuff sm
Mage (derogatory)
Nox Monk Hood
Drake Knight Armor (Altered)
Fire Knight Gauntlets
Fire Knight Greaves
Does any set have a hint of purple by chance?
Only one I found so far is a tiny spot on the depraved perfumer chest piece
Fingerprint is sort of a purple bluish hue
Redmane Knight has a purple belt sash
I'm a villain after all
Yâall fw my lil ish
@torpid sedge
shield looks really out of place but I guess I could see them using it if it was some sort of reward or something
Hey guys i need advice i would like to play night katana and river of blood idk which armour i should pick to go with it
Anyone what is the arms called that are like bird wings sort of
I thik you're either talking about blackquill armor, or raptor feathers
this ?
Yeah where to find it?
Both are dark in color so it should be easy to match, rakshasa set, night set, alberich, sanguine, oathseeker, death knight, ansbach, maliketh, leather set, etc etc could all be a good starting point
Thx
Beast Kin Leona
Where is that on map
dlc
best armour to go with albanaric head?
Guys does anyone have monks flame blade?
Iâve tried but it doesnât work
Click the channel link in #how-to-access-trade-channels
You found it?
Yes I watched the videos and followed the steps but it doesnât pop up, can someone help me Iâll give whatever in return
You see this?
Yes
Guys how can I make an outfit for like a woman light mage
Light as in light and dark
like stylish type outfit or functioning, cuz in terms for stylish I think the astrologer robe would go nice with that theme
altered snow witch looks pretty good too
perfumer hood looks like a holy light kinda vibe
One at a time ladies
such a sexy armament pose
Is that the curved one?
thank youu
worst build of all time, omg
put 60 vigor, 60 mind and 46, this is a small start
anyway, this reminded me of Elon Musk's build
Any advice on a fit that is good with Starscourage Greatswords?
That isn't Radahn armor pls
i think ive outdone myself this time
god damn hey Elon didnât know you were in this server
we might be on the same wavelength
He actually goes by Adrian Dittman here
i need like fancy gold gloves that arent bulky. does anyone have any ideas?
female fantasy armor ahh fit đ
it was originally just going to be goldmasks set but that got boring đđ
you could try to get the guardian braces
could try black flame monk or royal knight gauntlets
are there any other gold gauntlets besides tree sentinel and leyendell knights? Consort radahn works but it looks goofy in natural light
royal knight gauntlets could work, the one loretta uses
also radahn's and pcr greaves dont match well with the rest of the armour
Thanks
Geralt of Rivia
Somehow cute
yoo can someone suggest me a sick armour? or even single pieces
what weapon you using
idk im level 713 i switch basing off the armour
usually scythe, twinblade and backhanded
use varres white mask with raging wolf chest piece
why varre Mask? It doesnt seem cool
or use the fingerprint set, itâs my go to if i donât have a fashion.
i like varres mask because if you make your characters eyes different while wearing it you can see them at different angles, conveying different emotions
and the actual dude who wears it looks deranged because of the eye holes, very cool hat
you have a point ngl about the fingerprint yeah that's basic if you dont know to style or rn i was using jolan armour without the head
What chest piece is that?
No my brother. Not only is this picture not actually Geralt of Rivia, but the real Geralt is the protagonist from The Witcher series, so you have probably seen many Geralts while playing this game.
Canât remember the name, but itâs the chest from Goldmaskâs set
Oh
Thank you
Cleanrot gauntlets maybe?
Rate
Nah, Will Turner
dark souls 2 outfit
possibly the best looking ds2 character face
I use a Cross Naginata with the Black Flame spells, I'm genuinely stumped on what armor to use, I thought maybe yall could help? I figured since this is the fashion channel yall could help me out. (Keep in mind that I do not care about passive effects and that I don't have the DLC)
yes kkkkk
depends what you're going for, leaner/lighter or bulkier armour ?
i like the way my weapons look together
what weapon should I use with this fit
rellanas dual swords
zhe bling bling
my drip was crazy man
itâs supposed to be me, so that either means iâm good looking or i look like a ds2 character
flatter yourself with the former i guess
please show me the build
uno momento, im on a diff character rn
thx
Nope sadly
You DO NOT need that much vigor
sorry for wait
it is overleveled ik đ
its also my first character from 2022 đ
Not overleveled, is game :3
ÂŻ_(ă)_/ÂŻ
another character
harley quinn I think..
is it the confessor chestpiece ? really like it
Yes đ works well with the helmet
i like the concept of being a ds2 character because then i could go âGGHHHHAAAAAUUUUAAAGHHHH AAAAAAAAAUUAAHGGâ when i die
god i love that armour and order sword
They look cool indeed
makima?
thats a fire image for sure
Yeah đ
it looks great
Thank you very much I spent like an hour doing it đ
Ive seen a bunch of people do makima but yours is the best Ive seen so far
I had a reference image and everything lmao
Yea
Why is your erdtree silver?
Are there an gauntlets or boots with a wee bit of purple by chance
does anyone have any ideas for a lightweight looking chest piece that has a similar like pale gold look? but i need it to look light
gauntlets is a no i think
Goldmaskâs maybe?
other than goldmasks sorry i forgot to say đđ
Ah lol
that was lighting lmao
i noticed it after i posted it and was like "huh. guess instead of the grace of gold we have the suppleness of silver"
There is no peace.
yall like my look?
been sitting in the electrolosis pool for several hours to get this look
Anything that keeps me protected
alright, I've tried a few things out. all the ones i'll send will be on med load (50 endurance), and in between 52 and 60 or so poise (at the exception of the drake armour themed one, who sits at 41 something). I'm in general a huge fan of hoods so you'll see more of those than helmets ahah, sorry '^^
1st pic : Greathelm, Unaltered banished knight, veteran gloves and ronin's greaves
2nd : Exile hood, raging wolf, scaled greaves and gauntlets
3rd : fire monk hood, bloodhound, scaled greaves and gauntlets
4th, Firemonk hood, drake set, briar greaves and gauntlets
hope one of these can maybe help/inspire you !
Holy crap, thank you sooooo much!
You ever just farm a full set to just MAYBE only use the chestpiece, once in awhile
real
At least that chestpiece looks fkn slick.
Pale gold and lightweight looking ? I don't think you're gonna find much unfortunately, the only one that comes to mind currently is the high page chest piece, but idk if it'll look right with the look you're going for...
I think freyjas chest piece not super lightweight but kinda
What if you wanted to be a Half-Wolf.
Remember this one
Oooo, damn good
But now we have the beast claw to replace them
That's TRUE, I was gonna dual wield Dane's different fighting styles myself, but that's a good idea
oathseeker fits best
cool thx
banished knight set moment
Carian Knight-Commander
Just for that fkn unaltered chestpiece... absolute hecc
ikr T_T
Stonescale Banished Knight.
Oathbreaker Knight
Paladin of Order
Cartographer Cale.
Creighton the Scuffed.
Scuffed Finger Heysel.
Holy Knight Hodrick.
Carian Battle-Mage
Rot-Rusted Knight
Scorched Cathedral Knight
Maldron the Assassin
Last one for tonight. The Half-Wolf Champion.
They're all beautiful
photo shoot go
which one is better?
1 is more modest, but 2 seems more tough
Does the spot go hard
very!!
ty
yooo wait what about this?
holyyy the axe and chestpiece go so hard
hell yeah
that's sick omg the ralva hat
rate the fit
Guys can I please ask for a huge favor
I just got this game again I stopped playing a while before dlc came out but I wanted to replay through again and do dlc after too I was hoping thereâs a chance someone might be willing to give me all the armors in the game with dlc included so I can make a cool fashionable run through the game
No is always a reasonable answer I canât be mad as itâs a huge favor but itâd be very much appreciated
O Marica! With these fists, I will quell this place and spread the grace of gold through these lands!
I tried
Nice lookin fit
hello!
I created a character properly for the first time. I'm pretty happy with it. What do u think?
What do you all think is more fitting and more iconic for a classic midieval knight? A morning star? Or a mace
In Altus plateau north of lyndell
?
Auriza heroâs grave. Itâs called the tree sentinel armor
Thank you
Anytime. What do you think of my post. Any thoughts? (Itâs right above yours)
Iâm trying to decide what looks better out of a great mace or morning star
Shield is a little out of place maybe because of color idk
Oh Iâm just wondering about the weapons. Not the shield. What is more common to you when it comes to a knight out of a a mace? Or a morning starâŚ
Spear, lances, swords, great swords, and maces typically
I have all of those. Iâm just wondering what looks better out of a morning star or mace. So you think the great mace looks more iconic?
morning star was less common than a mace, as it took more metal to make
Ok thatâs exactly what I needed to hear. Perfect. Thatâs cool to learn!
What AoW do you think would look accurate and iconic for a big mace like that for a knight??
Iâm doing a historically accurate classic knight build lol.
something with a big slam or so, my best guess is stamp; upward cut or the like
i mean or something like that
What about earth shaker?
sword and shield
but if you want to use a morning star try greathelm, tree surcoat, chain gauntlets and chain legs. if you want to use a mace use the one handed version
also the mace in elden ring is about a century futuristic compared to the morning star
depends, if you truly want the accurate knight, then no. if you want a little fantasy and aoe (i get that) then earthshaker is also possible
if youâre doing something historically accurate, then this is a good look
What looks more classic and accurate out of these two?
first. also use a smaller shield or none at all
agree
Define smaller shield
preferably one of the wooden heater shields since metal shields in the shape of a heater shield are pure fantasy
medium or small category in the inventory
Can you send an example?
most historical you can get with small shields is the buckler, which pairs well with most swords
like the Kite shield or the crest shields
like, these shields
Ok cool. And with my plate armor. What would look better out of a one handed mace or a flail like the second pic you sent
the mace you have is fine, but you can go with a longsword or great epee, or lordsworns sword. however if you use any of those swords youâll have to forgo the shield
I have all those. Iâm just trying to add more to my variety. Iâm trying to see what looks good with my plate armor when it comes to a mace or morning star/flail and Iâm going to put sacred affinity on it to help me with undead enemies
flails afaik werenât common on the battlefield in the 16th century which is where your armour is designed after. if you want to use a flail use the pumpkin head flail and two hand it
also now that I think about it heater shields werenât used either but you can bend it a little bit itâs not too out of place. otherwise if you really want a shield try one of the metallic small shields to simulate a targe
A lot of My build is based on guard boost, so Iâm trying to keep a decent guard boost and donât wanna go too low
fair
Thoughts?
halberd and pike fit fine as well
Which shield looks better
first is good
Ok
And do you think (for that type of accurate era mail armor and shield), I should have a simple mace like in that pic? Or a flail (morningstar flail like in your pic), or the pumpkin head flailâŚ
i think a mace works best. a longsword would be another best choice. then maybe a dagger in your off hand (could put a buff aow on it if you donât plan to use it to fight) and after that itâs entirely up to you
the flail from my picture works best with the outfit from my picture (can swap helmet for chain helmet or greathelm)
Then for the banished knight shield I first showed, I can pair that with like a bigger sword like a claymore?
no. the claymore is based off irish/Scottish swords and was used in two hands, so it wouldnât be used with a shield. the banished knight shield is a kite shield and would be used by a build thatâs just the full chain set with a common soldier helmet.
here is a historically accurate build with the claymore: an irish gallowglass
And also, the games great mace isnât that historically accurate right? Because itâs too large? Knights wouldâve had smaller one handed maces?
there were maces that were two handed but the great mace is a fantastical design. its head is ridiculously large. the smaller mace is your best choice
if you care about playing historically accurate too, then youâd use the mace on horseback and longsword on foot
Can you show an example of a full chain set with a commander soldier helm?
Thatâs sick
no, im in bed right now. but just imagine this with the chain shirt
if you want a greatsword the bastard sword works fine
So with the shields. The heater shields right, should I have one thatâs painted? Or just the all metal one. You said the heater shields is most accurate with my 17th century plate armor right?
16th century*
the painted heater shields are your best bet with medium shields. theyâre a bit off chronologically but close enough
otherwise use an all metal small shield like the buckler or iron round shield, but I know guard boost is important to your build
Yeah it is important. Hmm lots of options I appreciate all the help though. Iâll just pick a painted one then that looks good with the armor.
alright, good luck, let me know if you have any more questions
And morningstars were pretty rare among soldiers in midieval times right? Because it was harder to forge?
i dont know about that. i know they became less common over time as maces combatted more against plate armour than mail armour. the spikes helped combat mail but didnt have as much success with place afaik
Also, do the medium kite shields look accurate with my plate armor too? Or just the heater shields..
the kite shields are fine, their shape is slightly fantastical but nothing to abandon them for. the twin bird kite shield is great for example
the reason you would use a mace on horseback is that a mace on foot isnât as strong against plate armour as you think, so realistically youâd use it on horseback for the added momentum
Out of all the kite shields, which one do you think looks best for my character? I like the blue gold one, the all metal kite one, and then the twin bird one
i have no opinion for this. choose for yourself
That makes sense
Ok np. Thx again. Heater shields were more accurate for my armor though right?
yes. in elden ring the heater shields are more historical than the kite shields
also another weapon for horseback is the great lance, probably best for an initial charge
I have a lance. What do you think looks better on it, Royal knights resolve? Or charge forth. I would figure charge forth looks more accurate if weâre talking historic wise lol
charge forth just has your character running forward with it right?
Yeah it looks sick
if you can put giant hunt on it that would be a good ash of war and relatively accurate. thatâd be my first pick. otherwise charge forth works fine
I already have giant hunt on my zweihander. But thatâs not a bad idea though
Did knights ever use zweihanders? Lmao
yeah giant hunt is honestly just a really good aow that works on any historical build with a large weapon
not that Iâve ever read it. mostly just landsknechts/german mercenaries
Thatâs soooo dope!
great epee or bastard sword would safely be the largest swords you as a knight would use
also estoc is a good historical weapon!! the best if you want a thrusting sword
I already have a rapier. Iâm pretty sure knights used those, right?
estoc literally just means sword and you find it in all sorts of records detailing a knightâs weapons in battle
rapiers are more for civil contexts, not used in large scale battle
So for a 16th century plated knight, what is better, a rapier? Or a estocâŚ
estoc
Like the one in the game? The weapon that literally says estoc? And itâs a thrusting sword?
yes. the thrusting sword called estoc
Dang thatâs wild. Wish I wouldâve known that before I spent all my upgrade mats lol
dagger
longsword
bastard sword
estoc
great epee
lance
mace
these are the best weapons for your case
So rapiers were more for citizen use? Knights never used them in battle?
itâs ok you get plenty of them, just dont use the dragon smithing stones unless youâre entirely sure
rapiers were used for dueling/fencing and self defense afaik, definitely not on a battlefield
if you want to do a civilian build, longsword, rapier, grossmesser, estoc, mace, all work
But estocs were used in the battlefield by knights?
yes
Thatâs cool. What armor would look good with that civilian build you said?
in a historical context estocs are another word for sword. same with epee
But the specific one in Elden ring, knights used those in the 16 century?
the old aristocrat gown is a must. from there, i mean itâs pretty open but the old aristocrat hat is very good. as for boots idk just use whatever. and just keep your hands bare
Dang
note that this is more 15th century but itâs whatever. the old aristocrat gown and hat are possibly the most historically accurate pieces of clothing in this game
Thatâs cool. Thx again for all the help. I have like 20 characters lol and my main one is maxed and has every item. I just love to start new characters though and try out a new build I havenât done. So my current one is a classic historical accurate knight haha
no problem
Also last question. Which AoW would be good for the mace?
uhhh i guess wild strikes would be the best but itâs up to what you think is best really, mace doesnât have good options
Cool thx. Iâll just do wild strikes then
Is the all metal heater shield (no paint) accurate historically?
no. fully metal heater shields were never a thing
So they usually had designs on the front then?
they would attach a piece of cloth with their coat of arms or their lords coat of arms on the front
so yes, they had designs on their shields
So the brown one with the Lion, that one look okay accurate wise?
yeah itâs good. same with every other painted heater/kite shield. itâs entirely up to preference which one you use
im going to sleep now. I wonât be answering any more questions. good luck

this spell makes my sword look insane
i swear to god that bot is pissing me off rn i just want to post some pictures
I present: my attempt at evil Taylor swift
i dont know why but i get evil vibes from this, not evil evil, but like doofenshmirtz evil
LMFAOO
can anybody tell me what this armor is?
i got this one, lemme check
Nah its alright I alr got it
jst gloves r kinda confuzing
looks like sir ansbach
exactly
Ey, that's my picture. That's Ansbach's chest with the Singuine Noble Hood, Proseptors Gloves and boots I believe
Or however you spell it
Disappointment, dread
making good eyes in this game is impossible
Itâs hard, but not impossible
i followed a tutorial, number for number, and my eyes looked completely different, i am literally cursed
Form emphasis
they get bigger, but my eyes are built like the letter o no matter what i do in this game, the eyes are too narrow
Did u do the tilt too?
slant?
i give up, im going back to male characters, theyre way easier to make look good
Oh that character is a male
yeah but i mean i cant make female characters in this game, and i have this really lovely male saved character
I made female characters before, its easy to make them look good tbh. Its all in the face structure, mostly jaw and cheek bones
trust me, ive tried
Well, i dunno, you have to learn it yourself. I tried using guides but they never worked, practice worked the best for me
but i can make some alright male characters
Is that the guy from assasins creed black flag
idk, i think i made this one evening when i got bored
Its fiređŁď¸
i got some drip ngl
I got some drip ngl
god tier drip
Outfit with this helm?
feeling cute uwu maybe get some icecream later
Can someone check something
Black dumpling helm Raptor feathers and solitude arms and legs
That is amazing đ
love it
john dark souls
Iâm so sorry my brother said he wanted to make me a fit
its a good fit but holy color strobe haha
đđ
Pretty basic ngl ?/10
That used to be my old drip before dlc
basic doesn't mean bad. a bit miffed about the night cavalry greaves being so black greyish compared to slight blues of raptor's, but it's good, 15/20
Oh ty
Capin Edward Kinway! Imagine my surprise to see your ship docked in the harbor!
very nice try scaled greaves looks good and gets 55 poise making the breakpoint
ty
I hope they have sunhead helmet
disappointment ahead
fromsoft missed a perfect opportunity to create one... i was so sure midra 'gear' would be available from the finger crone upon defeating him but yeah.. disappointment ahead indeed
Visions of mad...
Is that the John darksoul
Is that Johny Dead Cell
Maya armor is the best looking ong
Me personally, I love the Gelmir knight armor
Mayan is the coolest for me because it feels medieval tech in a sense, gives me smth akin to a primitive cyberpunk assasin
thought the moon had a scar, this bangs
Goes hard
I wish we could just have that straight sword by itself.. so badly
Same for the other sword actually, damnđĽłđ
js a pretty laddy
đ
Look like one a those godwyn shroom things
anyone have suggestions on stuff i can style the twinned set with minus the armor piece? think the armor is mad ugly but love everything else
surprise ds3 armour
first off you're wrong the armour is beautiful...
second off the helmet pairs well with the divine beast warrior armour and black flame monk set. the legs and gauntlets are hard to match with other armours to be honest
man lapp's set was one of the absolute best in the souls series, sad that there isnt anything similar to it in elden ring, such a beautiful design
Thought I'd share my Templar Knight
Welcome Back, Heide Knight. đ¤
do you know what a templar is
or rather what they look like
Yes I do know what they are, and I've specifically chosen this armor look to represent Christ, the helmet has a cross, so does the shield I'm using
the use of ledaâs armour is creative in representing their monk habit, but I recommend chain gauntlets and legs. they would be closer to what templars wore
I'll keep that in mind next time I play, the shield I mentioned is the Haligtree Crest Greatshield
do know im not telling you how to fashion yourself; if you like how the plate gauntlets and legs look then rock it
They're both Solitude armor, which looked matching to me in terms of color, but I did look their armor up and yeah I'll get some chainmail to make it more accurate, thanks for the input though, much appreciated
what type of weapon do you think will go well with raptor's armor set?
By exploring the underground area
Is this ass
yeah kinda
update, finally made a female character im proud of, not perfect but i atleast think isnt bad, god bless youtube guides
this is a good day
I think this is one of the best E/F i ever seen
but if you changed the black to gray and the brown to white, I think it would look a little better
Not my pic, its from a elden ring fashion souls video
What armour set is that
Blue cloth set
found this dude copying my flow in duels, same staff and nearly identical armor from what I was using yesterday
never again
Chat is this drip?
try scaled gauntlets and boots with that combo
aight
not only they look really good with a lot of fits, they provide great defences, so you can feel good about yourself even more while looking totally bling
my eyeballs wish to shun the light
Wonder if anyone had ideas to make it better
legs donât fit
try black knight greaves
or maliketh greaves
Feel skinny with anything else
oathseeker's greaves too ?
Il just put on every greaves/pants i own and see what works
Just been loyal to radahn's greaves
Such a beautiful maiden
Adolin Kholin from Stormlight Archive
I'd ride him
He says thank you
hi pookies! would love to know if there are any cute sets i can get in the early game? i hate how ugly my character is atm and all the videos about "cool early sets" literally show the most ugly armors ive ever seen lmao T-T
what i look for in a set:
-monotonic colors (silver/white/grey/black okay, no gold!)
-a little skin showing is fine too
-snatched-non-existent waist is a must đđťđ
In elden ring you only have either full body coverage, or rags that show 80-90% "skin", no in between.
Snatched non existent waist or whatever the hell that means is not gonna be possible ? That's up to you to try and create that on the cosmetics menu in roundtable hold.
Silver, white, grey, black sets, some of which are to show skin, include :
Raging Wolf, Black knife, Blackflame monk, blue silver, Confessor, Duelist, hoslow, kaiden, iron, nox (all 3), night cavalry, knight, raptor, traveler's, war surgeon, and zamor sets.
In the dlc, you'll have :
Ascetic loincloth, ansbach, thiollier, dane, divine beast, blackquill, shadow militiaman and solitude sets.
Good luck.
thanks for the in depth reply! what i meant by snatched waist is that the armor should sit tight around the waist
ill check out the sets you mentioned hopefully something will catch my eye đ
how would yall rate my lordly drip? IMO simplicity = elegance
đ
Do we like the flower or golden band more? Also feel free to recommend helms that would work better.
i wish fromsoftware understood that most armour had wasp waists and round breastplates... less flat boxy armour please...
(at least in elden ring. they did it right in some cases in ds3 and ds2 but rarely in elden ring)
What is the chest peace?
Fia's Robe
Anyone with a ps5 have godfreys set?
As far as I know the rarest armour/weapons in the game other than the noble slender sword
?
What is this brođđ
what there something wrong?
Rare my ass I found four by walking around and killing people
In like half an hour I had five noble slender swords
i dunno what to tell u then
I keep finding them constantly I swear it's annoying
I just want a hat. A funny noble hat. The one with the feather. I don't wany any canes, any swords and daggers I want the hat
Just let me have it's been FIVE HOURS
elden ring is weird man a while back i was tryna get the sword on a different save and could only get the hat and other stuff took me like 3 hrs
Just please let me have it. Please. I need it for a winged hussar. Just let me have the hat
Are you asking me? or the game?
God. At this point that's all hope I have remaining
why would you use this hat for a hussar?
Because Polish nobility which made up vast majority of that formation adored those hats
my elden lord seat
try nomad merchant hat. easier to get and closer in design. only thing is the mask but itâs whatever
How do I acquire it and who I have to kill
I think nepheli wants to be elden lord, too.
server is stupid asf
that merchant's xmas hat where is it?
Just starting dlc with the drip đĽ
there is a white one?
there is only a white version of the hat
allright
it's the d r o p word, if you ever wanted to know why it didn't send
fault is on the bots and ppl not reading rules
i might crash out
Well this ban tool is also full of holes. Like some languages it just doesnt understand.
I want to have an instrument too
can grab the envoy horn
where
yeah there's a very common french word we simply can't use in the dedicated french channel because it's got the exact same spelling as an english slÂľr
ph the horn I like it
farm it in leyndell on the east rampart
It can't read Polish, Slovak and Czech that I know for sure
the longest one is hard to get
Heya as the message says, if you link a role you will be able to bypass the anti trade filter
This has since been corrected. All language channels for a while now have seperate filters
grahh my rage is unending i CANNOT be kept down i will speak my mind!!
Just link a role and you can speak all you want XD
its to prevent the spamming of people asking for trades outside trade channels XD
thumbs up
đ
ah, didn't notice that (i had stopped using the word altogether), thanks for letting us know steamseed ! have a good day :3
"Get out and face me you coward !"
this is drippy
throughout heaven and earth I alone am the elden lord
that first pic makes me think of tokyo ghoul for some reason
amazing fit
Thank you!
from what i remember the set/weapons the merchants sells where originally going to be for a npc but they later changed their minds
Oh, i didn't know that
only times ive seen this set is in the dlc trailer where they're throwing a giant pot but there's also a dead tarnished wearing the set in the vyke wallpaper

the death knight helm still would look maybe better, do you have DLC?
Too armored for the look it seems theyâre going for
Hmm, tryna think other black/golden headpieces
because most people here donât have elden bling
what's this shield called, on the cleanrot knight helm guy? the first photo on the left.
Dm'd you
but why lol
Nope, got the torso from a friend
Call that one the Godskin Zealot
I like making larp builds for pvp and coop
shame DLC has plenty of bling to go
Yep ik
Good looking drip for lightning build?
Hornheadband
DLC Ravencape
Zamor Bracelet
Maliketh Boots
Enjoyâ¤ď¸
what leggins and helmet is that
Royal knight leggings from Loretta, carian knight helm
could switch the helment out for the cuckoo helm, and then rellanas chest piece
I don't have dlc, I'm not switching
alr leme find something else
Just need chestplate
I guess he wanted to do private chat
Thought it looked decent.
also tip: try making your head larger so the helmet is proportionate to the rest of the armour. here's my guy that i used for a while
I do that, that screenshot is just quite old
if only elden ring armour was proportioned better in the first place...
if you change your characters body size it effects the armour to a degree
but i agree it would be great if we could alter the size
i know that's literally what i just suggested to the other guy lol
ngl im half asleep today lol
it'd be best if fromsoft remembered how to model properly shaped armour..
yeah
john pork

Ok
where is the 1st photo?
Cheesy af and overedited however that said this the kinda stuff that would get a million views on yt shorts or tok
this isn't tarnished fashion, you're in the wrong channel.
Its jagged peak bayle arena
I like it)
Hey @trim arrow what type of knight was this? What era? Is this a crusader knight?
it is a 13th century knight. "crusader" is a term for people who are on a crusade, so he isnt a crusader, just a knight.
he doesnt even have to be a knight. it could just be a sergeant, or a man-at-arms, or some other mounted soldier
The place where you kill Bayle the Dread
what is that helm and cloak?
Ok thx. Is he an English 13th century knight? What country?
generic, could be anywhere really
Ok cool. Didnât knights also wear greathelms in the 13th century ?
The fit
yes. greathelms were most commonly used as cavalry helmets in the 13th and 14th centuries, and underneath theyâd wear a helmet like the one in the picture. the greathelm in game works good for a 13th century soldier look
Awesome, thx man! Iâm doing a historically accurate knight build so I just wanted to make sure:)
lmk if you need weapon suggestions too đ
Remember that one armor set you talked about where it was full on all chain set with the banished knight shield and longsword? What type of knight was that and what era ?
She had to use a nuke just to get stalemate
not longsword, but the full chain set and banished knight shield (or any shield with a similar size and shape) makes for an 11th century knight
What kind of sword would they have then?
broadsword fits best
their swords are one handed. also can use common soldier helmet
Berserker armor
I love that armour set but it's concerning how much it looks like Griffith đ
Lol fr
how does it look like griffith
because griffiths armour is completely different from what the solitude set looks like or resembles
Malikeths set
Looks just like Griffith, I didn't realize it was solitude set in the image
Ma phone is tiny
What era was this?
same century, but slightly fantasy
still works as a historical look
Which century? 11th or 13th
13
Cool. Itâs so fun to learn all that and see each eraâs differences. How did you learn all this? Thatâs so sick haha
just stuff i picked up over my time researching armour, asking others who know more than me, and reading books on armour
armour changes drastically depending on what century you look at (even down to the decade, in the 14th century for example). a general trend is the increasing use/development of plate armour
and even then, armour in the same century or decade can also be quite unique. armour was personalised
individual to the wearer
Wow thatâs crazy. And most of it was pretty generic? So a lot of those different armors carried throughout different countries?
in a 15th century context: some countries imported armour. some exported armour. thus, you would have several countries that had the armour "style" of one country that could produce and ship great numbers of armour. a couple examples: england often imported armour from italy and flanders, meaning they were similar to the italianate armours. poland (and some other slavic countries) imported from germany, meaning their armour was very similar to german armours
Thatâs amazing
of course, you had very clear distinctions between what region had what armour. but tr a de (censored word on this server) and the like were very common and so there would be overlapping in seperate countries cultures, including their arms and armour
I really love the 13th century look especially with the greathelm (Templar look), and I love the late 15th century/16th century full plated armor that you helped me with the other day.
yeah, i like the 13th century as well. their armour is simple but timeless. late 13th century is very cool as that's when they started experimenting with plate armour beyond the helmet. things like greaves or bracers
So badass
I love that look so much. What kind of greaves and bracers did they start making with plate armor?
specifically with the greaves, they would make "schynbaldes" or shin guards out of plate. as with the bracers, just plate to cover the outer side of the arm. note this is like last-decade-of-the-13th-century stuff so you'd probably find more examples of this looking into the early 14th century. this is a rendition of a 1330s knight but it would be fairly similar to what a 1290s knight would wear
the helmets here are strictly 14th century to my knowledge however
Thatâs interesting. So around 13th century they had the full chain mail with surcoats, then it wasnât until late 13th when they started adding plates greaves and arm guards?
yes. 13th century and prior, you would see a lot of maille. surcoats are late 12th century and onwards (im pretty sure they appear somewhere in the latter half of the 12th century). plate is late 13thc and onwards
Thatâs incredible, very very fun to learn that, genuinely that is so cool. As far as the 16th century look I was asking about the other day, how did that amor look evolve to that stage? I love the full metal plated knight armor like what you see in the knight class in ds3 and demon souls. That might be my favorite armor look, I love those helms
for armour to get to that stage, there are a few driving factors (all of which i cant name at the top of my head)
one is maximising comfort, mobility and protection with as little sacrifice to one or the other as possible. this has influenced how armour is designed
another is the fashion of the time, and how people wish to look. people want to look cool in their armour, and so as fashion trends rose, armour design reflected some of them as well. an example of this are poulaines, long shoes. there was a period of time in the 15th century where people thought those long pointy shoes were cool, and so sabatons were also made to be that long (search up the archduke sigismund harness). another example is the 16th century peascod shape, reflecting the shape of doublets at the time. this also worked in the reverse, with armour design influencing clothing design
and a very infamous example is the codpiece. codpieces existed for centuries prior but only started to become enlargened in the 16th century, and that was reflected in armour as well
I know exactly what youâre talking about with the poulaines. Those definitely are pretty long and pointy, a little too much for my taste.
Iâll have to check out that harness you mentioned thatâs pretty cool.
So as time passed, people wanted to have all the practicality of armor while at the same time looking cool in it. Thatâs interesting. So the full plated armor late 15th/16th century look, it was designed to be full plated everywhere so they can have more protection? Same concept with the helm? Iâm really fascinated with the look of those kinds of helms. How did they come up with that design? Like this one:
I love that helm so much itâs probably my favorite even more than the greathelm. How did they come up with that? (If you know)
i donât know, but the type of helmet it is (armet) has existed since the 1430s (1420s maybe?). you can guess how a century of refining a helmet design can lead to something like this
also something to note is to avoid thinking of armour development as comparable to biological evolution. there are charts on the internet that try to portray it as such but they donât take into account regional differences in fashion or time or whatnot. theyâre inaccurate and misleading
fully plated everywhere except the places that would hinder mobility to an impractical degree (places like the joint pits were instead covered with maille, nothing, or small plate lames (articulated segments of plate armour)
the pieces that protected the gaps of armour were called voiders
Thatâs cool
So the armet was around for a while? It wasnât invented in late 15th century?
yes, it was a helmet developed in the first half
however it looked vastly different
this is the churburg s18 helmet
First half of what?
15th century
Ohh gotcha. I thought you said 14th earlier?
1400s-1499 is the 15th century
like how 2000s to 2099 is the 21st century
Ohhh ok I see what you were saying. You were talking in year term lol
Well that is super cool. Whatâs embarrassing is I didnât even know it was called a armet. So the knight armor in ER with the armet, that kind of helm was an evolution of previous versions of the armet? And it wouldâve come out around late 15th century?
(Like the one I just showed)
the knight helm in elden ring is more like what a 16th century armet would look like
Ohhhh interesting. Like this?
yeah
Thatâs awesome. Thatâs probably my favorite knight helm across all eras
How practical was it though? As far as vision. Obviously the protection was good but I feel like it would hard to see out of?
almost all helmets which covered the face were relatively hard to see out of. when you wanted to see you either lifted your visor or took off your helmet
you would also lift your visor for other things like yelling commands or the like
Oh I see. Just feels like specifically the 16th century armet had a really narrow flat eye hole
Thatâs sick
@trim arrow thanks again man for all the fun knowledge! Keep it up! I learned a lot more tonight. Much gratitude and I really appreciate itđđŞ
Iâm gonna go to bed now. Iâll keep in mind to reach out for any other questions!
đ
Yall should try this fit in elden ring it goes hard
Divine beast helm, Ronin's armor, Young Liongs gauntlets and leggings
I can't see what it looks like because you're on fire đ
The 2 talking about historical armors is so wholesome
"I'll handle it"
heâs a cool guy
kood's helm colour kind of clashes with hoslow's silver tbh
does anyone have drip suggestions for any pieces of armor to put along with the white mask? its so ugly i cant pair it with anything
you!
Radahn, Radagon, Frenzy and the Moonlight in Warframe because I can't get enough of Elden Ring
lazuli robes
ok ill try it
fly like a butterfly sting like a beeđŚ
Gorgeous, is that Milenia?
Understandable
Its my character
Oh nice
Thanks It's using the Romina power, Love It đ
fellow tarnished traded this beautiful armor and headpiece with me â¤ď¸ finally found a set im happy with
super racist
Oh you mean its an arcane build
no i just mean that the weapons are whips
I know i know. I cant keep my mind of that mask i can only think of jojo while looking at it
I swear on my 900p mac book screen you cant distinct Dio mask and this one
the spanish subtitles make this into an S tier image i am saving it
Made Queen Marika using vanilla sliders and outfits
Any good pairs with the Dryleaf armor?
traveller's attire works well with it
Any head pieces?
male or female tarnished?
Female
Commoner's Headband (altered)
What did you have for male tanrished?
nothing tbh I usually play naked male tarnished to appreciate this
Truly magnificent.
indeed
is that goku
No way itâs Yuji from Narutoâs bizarre piece slayer z
bro its from dragon ball
kood's helmet goes really well with it
made a gojo 1 a while ago
This is really well done. Sliders in FS games are very precarious so this is an impressive recreation for me
nice vegeta
Any cool combos with the jar helmet
naked
đ
no way Kaisen from Jujutsu Kaisen is in elden ring
What do you mean? He has scars itâs so obviously guts
Any good Elden bling to pair with the Celebrantâs Skull?
Besides for the Celebrantâs set that is.
No, Elden ring is in Kaisen from Jujutsu Kaisen
i cant believe it
Currently Iâm rocking the great helm, blaidds armor, the scaled gauntlets and pantaloons while using the blasphemous blade. I js wanted to know if thereâs any fashionable ideas that some of you know that might look cool while being semi heavy. Pls help
need me a trad wife that looks like this
ah yes change channels to see a message deleted. as for bipartite, is blasphemous your only weapon option?
Its the build Iâm rocking this time đź
ight then you mind sendin a picture of the armor itself?
Uhhh I donât have the game open but if you know blaidds set then itâs just like that w the great helm
i actually never had me hands on blaidd's set hehe
Like this but js the blasphemous blade, no shield, and maybe thinner legs. I like how the cape looks kinda icy giving the set a bit of a contrast to the very fiery golden great sword that is the blasphemous blade
Any idea what would go well with this cloak? I kinda think the golden bracers look kinda cool but the pants are just a pain to select for me
If ur going for a gladiator , i think its perfect
I just wish the boots on this leg piece were kinda more uh "premium" ish. I also put on a head band
I dont think there are any boots that fit better tho ( perhaps in the dlc if u have it , since i havent finished it )
Why not try the boots of those duelists dude rotten or normal
yeah remove the greathelm
Nah thatâs the constant alongside baidds armor
the altered eccentric helmet would fit better with this imo
Pic pls
tried goldmask's leg armour? the dlc would definitely have something better for you
not exactly your set but close also note my character is very skinny if that has any bearing on how you perceive it
I don't have that I think
you get it from completing goldmask's questline and looting it from his final location
Idt I have that either
rotten duelist greaves can be found in the consecrated snowfield, the normal duelist greaves can be farmed off the duelists in front of leyndell colosseum
Ok
I also js wanna keep my character a warrior or something that looks like it
looking drippy
yeah, thatâs what any outfit with an emphasis on armour does for you
Lookin cool
does anyone know any good helms which go with hoslows set
dope landsknecht
frost build with 11 int đĽ˛
Black monk flame blade, does anyone have this weapon?
morgotts cloak i forgot the name
is this a good man?
is this peak aura farm
he's not as much of a scumbag in this game tbh
I finished the game and just found out about the haligtree
which armor set / sets could look best for a Night sorcerer?
wht armour is tht hows it so black
Lighting and low gamma but itâs Ansbach set but with the helmet as confessor hood
good screenshot?
ok miquella
Go to trading channel bruh
who fw this âď¸âď¸
might need to switch up some of the armor (or the weapon, i feel bastard sword isnt bulky enough to match this) but heres my very dark souls inspired outfit. literally just the solitude set with a hood instead of a helmet.
You play destiny?
Does my shirt count as fashion lol
best drip using maliketh armor?
oathseeker (DLC), ansbach (DLC) and sanguine noble would be my picks :° you can also pair it pretty well with hoods like the confessor
i cant find saguine noble invasion
My character
i liek your color palette, makes me wanna die
are there any chestplates that go well w/ maliketh greaves/gauntlets?
Oath seeker
Anyone know how to use that flower in the hair?
is that dlc, i cant
Yes it is dlc
consecrated snowfield, in the fields of red poppies on the outer edge of the map
there's big white tree stumps and some runebears around, can't miss it
i got it ty
the purple one?
yeah
e
dlc. post pcr. kill pcr then go to st. trina's place
i dont wanna play trough the dlc again for a flower that why im asking if anyone has 2 of them
this isn't asking if anyone has two of em
Drip checked?
mb i sent it into the wrong server
pretty good i'd maybe change the helmet tho
yup, the color is not a good match
i wanted to build around it, and it's not looking too bad XD
ye i agree with ronin it looks nice but the helmet just doesn't fit for me
maybe the winged serpent helmet if its even called that
the colors are matching well, 100% agree but i wanted to see my face for once XD
This is far better đ
nah jk elden lord crow is better suited but i hate the hairs on it
Wing serpent helm is just a perfect match tbh, seems like they are the same set
@worn egret church of elleh and pw is gonna be tin alr
K
@worn egret you have to put the sign down cuz i don't have duelist finger
At the grace or next to santa
anywhere in the church is fine
Sign down
thats you right
anythin else you need while you got me? i might not have it tho
nah do you need smtn?
nop
euporia maybe
@worn egret oops mb set the sign down again lmao
Do you need something or why do you wanna summon i could give u the euporia if you dont have it already
oh i thought you needed euporia lmao
Ooh nah im good idk i dont wanna take something without giving something back yk
eh i never had any use for the flower anyways so its alr
Do you need something mby?
no crossplay and i think i'm good XD, i basicaly have a save with every piece of equipment and all powerstanceable weapon in pair XD
Ok cool btw have you tried winged serpent helm leda armor rellana gloves and some greaves of choice i like that combo
what is a rlly black colored armor set?
Nights cavalry ?
?
or the armor of night?
yup, classy combos are classy combos XD
Fr, i also use nights cavalry set with bandit mask its basic but i like it
rate the fit
What weapon is this?
Looking good
You should put a black helmet on looks a bit weird as is
Make it black on all the edges gold in the middle would work better i think
how would you rate my ganondorf drip? đ the white reed armour looks almost exactly like the armour he typically wears
Wht set is tht
Nights cavalry
I might need to get tht
nah but the cleanrot helmet is the one that creates the cape
what ganondorf are you going for?
Kind of a mix between BOTW and twilight princess... I wish I could just wear the shirt that's under the plate armour and have no chest piece, then he would really look like BOTW ganon
totk ganon is shirtless no ?
I know ganons not exactly in BOTW but I mean the concept art version
It's a half shirt, like a samurai robe type thing
There isn't really anything like it in the game, I chose this set because of the big droopy sleeve
thats true good point. tbh personally id just use a set of gold greaves and gauntlets but its yo character you like it more power to ya
whats your opinion on bandit mask with errant sorcerer robes
lorettas
His face is definitely most similar to twilight princess ganon and the armour is inspired by wind waker ganon and BOTW ganon. There may be a better set but I haven't even finished the game with this character yet so I'll see if I discover something better later
could try farming for the old noble gown
then again maybe it wont work
It does have the right shape and the sleeves but it's a little bit too ragged and dirty
I'm looking through all the armour sets rn to see if there's any with an open chest but there's so many friggin armour sets đ
Gold mask is close but it's kind of just a shawl
Any weapons with a similar metal look to the Beast Champion Armor Set?
beast champion was silver right
iâd recommend modelling his face after smash bros melee/ultimate ganon
Isn't the model for smash melee the same as twilight princess? I'm not certain of that but I thought it was
ssb4 takes twilight princess's design, melee is oot still
carian knight set
Ah ok... He's always grinning in melee đ
melee is oot
brawl is tp
4 is tp
ult is oot
I've actually only played smash melee
never let a mf tell you white mask looks ass
is he? hol up
oh ye he is. the main difference is the shading i think
tp is the superior design in my opinion
if we're counting non canon, hyrule warriors ganon is also pretty fcking good
he feels greener and his clothes feel more orange in OOT than SSBU
(main difference is over a decade of graphical improvement)
bro i actually agree i love the ganondorf from hyrule warriors
no love for wind waker... truly a dark world we live in.... (i love tp too tp has my favourite art direction of any zelda game behind ww)
I love wind waker ganon he's actually my favorite, it's just impossible to recreate him in elden ring
it's crazy how the redesigns for the main cast are quite good, but for some reason every new character in the game is hot ass in term of design
they are so unzelda like, it's crazy
in hyrule warriors?
always forget that one because i never played it '^^ yeah ww is really good, love the robe, it makes him so threatening
darknuts in both games look absolutely badass (but the design in echoes of wisdom is really good too)
aight bring out the minish cap darknuts
ye
honestly for the first one ye i agree. for AOC they didn't rlly add new characters tho. the ones that they did. i like some of them, namely battle tested and sooga
i love the upgraded version of the ww darknut a lot too
He actually seems to be wearing links clothes under the armour đ¤
can't forget these guys who are apparently called black knights
isnt the minish cap art design just pixel ww
honestly maybe idk. for darknuts it seems like it
i love calamity ganon in that game too bad he kinda sucked to play (imo)
