I've tried a bunch of combinations, some really dark (a bit edgy) some less, I've found that for really edgy drip, stuff like raptor's black feathers, black knife set, ansbach attire (and shadow militiaman armor) work well. Since it's a dex build I didn't want to give too much bulk to it, but there's also the night cavalry armour !
For less edgy, there's always the ronin, raging wolf, bloodhound, and the very underappreciated zamor chestpieces
For headsets, I personally love to default to hoods, specifically fia's, black knife, black hood and mask set, but i don't really know about you...
greaves and gauntlets depend solely on your chest and head piece imo

Rest of the drip is fine, the headset's warmer and browner tones don't really match with the green undertone of the blackquill armor, but your character's face looks pretty cool, frenzied eyes suits them :)

idk for sure. chest armour dropped from enemies are rarer than ones you find in the world. i think the aristocrat coat or banished knight armour (unaltered. the one you find at castle sol) may be the rarest chest armour

guardian armour (full bloom) is also very rare. so is the duelist armour. this is because you cannot get them after you beat maliketh, and they can only be farmed in 1-2 places
