Pretty good on the top and helm, but the gold/black oathseeker greaves clash a bit - there's not much gold/copper black on the Drake Armor or Messmer's set, they both take advantage of reds/oranges and more silver aligned colours. I'd say changing them for silver/red gauntlets would be an improvement personally

Frenzy is good in pve, it still is a Pyro build. A lot of the frenzy spells have great stagger potential

• if you want to mostly use your spells, I recommend bumping up dex for the faster casting times for the pve experience. Here is my build even though it is pvp centric, and leans strength instead:

I do not recommend using madding hand for pve, unless its an npc invader or player, use something else of your choice

Perfumes are also weird in pve, you can swap that out too.

the biggest thing for any character that makes them look bad is the jowls, a tip i can give you it to work on the chin location in order to fix the bulgy neck jowl, it usually goes forward and down to fix it and editing the jaw to complement it

Fair warning it is fairly heavy, but gives 68 poise.
With Bullgoat Talisman and Erdtree's Favor +2 on talismans you can get to Med load with 91 poise buut
I recommend just sticking with whatever talisman loadout you think is best.

Verdigris shield will be difficult to match whether you want it or not without the original armour. It's a very specific colour.
Solitude set, divine beast set, veteran set, perhaps death knight or banished are like the only options I see for you rn
