Having examined your outfit once more, I think the gauntlets you've used seem misplaced, and the problem with your outfit's tone is the style rather than color of the garments - your middle piece looks thin and light relative to heavy plate armor

it can only drop from 2 knight, i managed to get it in under 30m with 208 discovery, so you should be good, the best way is imo to : From the boss grace, go out of the arena, turn right, drop right of the elevator, then kill the one knigh wandering after the bridge, when you're down, jump off the walls to de agro mob and have a faster fast travel
If you want i can farm it a bit when i get home and give it to you

I like this set, generally. It's a solid weight (40.4) with decent poise (66). It's the Solitude set with just the chest replaced by the Confessor Armor (Altered). I think it's a decent way to have heavy armor while not looking too bulky.

I'd say just fight any of the common soldiers you see in any land you are in until you get a full set. Radahn's Soldier armor looks british, while the Cuckoo armor looks French.

There are 7 sets you can get I believe, Soldier of Godrick, Soldier of Radahn, Soldier of the Cuckoo, Soldier of Leyndell, Soldier of the Haligtree, and the Soldier of the Masoluem. (The Masoluem guys dont have heads, so I just use the Radahn soldier helm)

You can find two surcoats, one by buying the Tree Surcoat, and the other is in Rykard's den after you defeat him.
