I have a player in my DnD campaign that has an arrogant assassin character that is trudging dangerously close to murder-hobo territory. What are some unique consequences I can give to his character that aren't simply killing him?

Yeah, that's why I had come to the conclusion earlier with the NPC guild. I would have strictly made it so he could, almost at any time, get his "murder-hobo" itch but in a bit more of a contained manner that doesn't affect the others as much as just straight up murdering people that don't need to be murdered. Or at least show him that there would be potentially fatal and obvious consequences to rejecting them. That was my viewpoint on it at any rate

But I have 3 weeks to figure it out regardless so I'm not too worried on whatever it is I decide to do :p
