I had the same issue with the tree sentinel. Hes the only boss i have the issue with. I have a rx6700xt, ryzen 7 on a SSD as well. There was a few forums on reddit and online already that showed what settings to mess with to deal with it. If i find it again ill pm it to you

Similar physics engine, frames can equate to speed in games and the laws of how things worked, they havent switched engines since the first dark souls probs demon souls and those games are old. So thats the main reason, unless they did a full physics upgrade on there engine (which could take months, years or never all depends) So at least its 60fps and not 30 like bloodborne

Don't think bosses dropping fps to 5 during attacks is "Me complaining". I got 100% on all souls games and was really hyped for this game, but some bosses are LITERRALY unbeatable because of the stutters. I have an RTX 3080 ti, so pretty sure the problem isnt on my end. Also, Easyanticheat means no unofficial patches, + all my friends had the exact same issues and the "Mixed" rating on steam speaks for itself. This port was worse than the Zero dawn port and cyberpunk at launch, but by all means, if you don't have problems, it means others can't have any, right?

I bought the PC version of Elden Ring to play for 5 days before starting my proper save on the PS5, but I've got about 10 hours in and I'm just at beating ||Margit the Fell|| with a pretty decent armour and weapon set with alot of stuff unlocked.

Which of the follow do you guys think I should do :

A) Use PC as a main and find something else to do with the PS5 version (not sell)

B) Once you start the PS5 version, make the rash choice of erasing the old save and forcing myself to get my stats n stuff back

C) Try out the PS5 version, see if the performance is better. If its very noticeable then compare to the first saves stuff and gain it all back

Depends on good your pc is, if it’s on the high end you might aswell keep the save and continue (maybe do co op with a friend who can play on the ps5) but if it’s a mid range pc I’d defo recommend just starting on ps5, the frame rates from what I heard is atrocious on pc

They're all stage and soap actors so they enunciate clearly. A few more welsh accents too, which is fun.
