Just don't pick up any item from someone you don't know and never ever do invasions again, except if you really wanna fight hackers every once and awhile. In the other hand i've only seen this problem in pontiff, i should try to invade in the other active locations to see if the problem is everywhere or only at the cesspool that is pontiff

4. Sekiro - by far the best combat in the series, but too many ganks and overall weak minibosses with lots of reused stuff
5. Dark Souls 3 - excellent bosses and okay areas, lacks good character and is way too linear but still quite good
6. DS2: SOTFS - bad bosses and bad areas on the whole in the game that feels the worst to play out of the entire series

i hate the capra demon and bed of chaos too

defiled watchdog is hellish - not a bad boss mechanically but halved HP makes one-shots all too frequent, and some attacks like the charge are wonky

a terrible boss doesn't really come to mind for DS3, but i guess i'd have to say champion gravetender + greatwolf or half-light cus they're effectively just ganks of NPCs and regular enemies
