to anyone whos played e33, what am i doing wrong? half the time dodges and parries genuinely just don't register, it feels like every fight i alternate between parrying everything easily and the very next encounter being incapable of even dodging. the inputs genuinely just do not feel like they work properly. and ofc this has been negligible for most of the game but i am 100% screwed against renoir

not only do his cues seem completely ambiguous for most attacks but again, inputs arent working properly, thats a no-go in a boss that kills the whole team in two turns

I'm making a figure in this story usually just going by the "Burning Dragon" or the "False Sun", which is names given by a religion defined by their hatred of most flame-based Dragons, this one in particular being a major (perceived) thorn in their side.

I would recommend a fast hitting weapon to take advantage of lots of his smaller openings, jump attack on all of his stomp attacks, and if you still can't beat him, go do something else and come back when you are stronger.
