My biggest issues are like the actual gameplay systems itself like the game felt so linear like on ff13 levels. No party building, no real endgame or anything. The combat was like childishly simple being just a 4 hit x and y combos and just cooldown abilities with like barely any real flow.

It seems like a lot of the game took a backseat to the script and even then like I've seen the "humanity is strong because we endure" theme done so many times that it didn't really hit that hard and a lot of the characters felt so 1 note.
