Hey guys I need help getting back online 😭 my Xbox was connected to the Internet just fine the other night and then I fell asleep watching a movie and woke up and it wasn’t connected anymore. The Internet still works great and it connects to every other device in the house when I try but every time I try to do it on the Xbox. It says “nat type unavailable can’t connect to DCHP server.” I’ve tried everything. I’ve soft reset the router and Xbox. I hard reset them. I went in the advanced settings and fooled around with the IP and dns and MAC address clearing alternate port selections, I literally spent all day yesterday playing with different things and then I completely reset my Xbox againand no matter what method I try for Xfinity or Xbox support I can’t get past this issue the closest I’ve gotten to getting back online is my nat type going from unavailable to moderate, but then it went back unavailable
