I'd say slightly more difficult but definitely worthwhile. How hard is somewhat dependent on whether you used magic/summons in ER or not, overleveled, etc. But very similar in that once you get used to how the game is played you know you can beat it, regardless of how tough it gets

Sekiro, unless you play it a bunch or are naturally good at timing the parries you will have a harder time, plus you are locked into a single weapon and the bosses are a lot more relentless compared to most BB ones.

From my experience the hardest attacks to learn are "Simon performs a long combo" and "Simon attacks at light speed". During my tripple stat Simon attempts those caused me the most trouble, both requiring me to remember every individual delay between swings. The worst part is that even though I parried 90% of the lightspeed attack, all he needed was two hits (not even the finisher, just two sword slices) and my entire team goes down despite having 7-12k HP.

Remember what I said about just ignoring HP stat and focus on weapon scaling stats, yeah, thats why I said that. You're gonna be oneshot by Simon most of the time anyway so might as well get that damage.
Also a quick tip for learning some harder attacks: if you die dont stop trying to parry, attack continues so you can try and develop muscle memory for the timings, especially useful for lightspeed attack
