IMO Uber is a bad example for wage gap simply because Uber is an on demand service and it’s on the driver to decide what trips that they take and what hours they want to work. all data that I have seen for wage gap is extrapolations of averages and it’s mostly chocked down to average hours worked in total.

There is a tendency for men on average to work more total hours. However, this should not be taken as an absolute.

And one thing I’m not sure of is if a number of these studies take into account jobs that payout based on sales bonus vs hourly wage vs salary or if it’s an extrapolation of the combination of all three (to me it would be disingenuous to average out these three completely different pay methods).

If it’s a salaried position and there is equal expectations and workload for that position, if there is a pay gap that’s just flat out illegal at least in the US.
If it’s a sales bonus pay out, then that is going to heavily depend on the performance of the salesperson.
For hourly positions, if there is an average hour disparity between the sexes then that would explain a total gross income gap, but then that opens a question “is the hour difference voluntary or is it deliberately different between the sexes” and that’s going to heavily depend on the company or the managers doing something shady

Try playing dark souls. 1 is the traditional and best starting point (and 3 is its sequel). 2 is a standalone story in the Dark Souls world so you can play that one first if you like, its my favorite in the series

3. Is wearing armor effective. Because in Elden ring it doesnt really matter if you have it or No
4. Is there any weapon in ds3 that is similar to bloodhound fang from elden ring. When I say similar i mean its good for beginners, its powerful and it in early game

Honestly everytime I’ve played dark souls 3 I’ve gone with knight and just used the sword it comes with. Thing is actually pretty good for a regular weapon so you’ll be fairly set for the start. Keep upgrading it and you’ll be good for a majority of the game

I’d still recommend thoroughly searching EVERYWHERE. Stuff is hidden all over each area but it’s not free roam like elden ring so it’s a lot easier to search. I went with the knight starting weapon because I thought I was challenging myself but it’s actually not that bad of a weapon for early game. When you get to the endgame you’re gonna want to change it up a bit

Just try and find as many weapons as you can, test each one out and see what suits you and the boss you’re fighting best

Honestly that part is entirely up to you. Go with whatever you think is best! That’s one of the best things about souls games, figuring out what play style you want to use
