granted how many times is this being repeated? if it's number of repetitions is only 1 then in theory the option that makes sense would be to split because you're not going to get another chance at the money and the other person would want to get money as well, however if it's the number of repetitions >1 i would say the smartest option is to steal every time because it averages out to a 10k gain if the other person is selecting at random, however if we assume that the other person has come to the same conclusion then neither of you would ever get more money from this.
now it all comes down to how petty you are, if you wanna keep selecting steal as the other person selects steal as well in order for you to never get the money or if you wanna select split roughly 25% of the time

I honestly don’t understand all the hype and praise ds3 has, I’m about 10 hours into game now and I’ve never been really excited to play this game more other than after abyss watchers, (which was an amazing fight) just to be disappointed right after and throughout the whole game. The only good fights to me are Iudex Gundyr and Abyss Watchers the rest are just mediocre or just plain bad gimmick fights. Like Curse Rotted Greatwood, High Lord Wolnir, Deacons of The Deep are very boring fights. Crystal Sage and Vordt were kinda meh.

Now for some the areas in the game, Farron Keep is just horrible, a poison swamp with high hp enemies who run faster than me in the swamp that slows me down, I didn’t feel inclined to explore it at all, same with Catacombs Of Carthus, it’s bland, dark, same enemy spammed all over the place, with a bad boss at the end.

I’ve haven’t had a wow moment in this game expect outside that abyss watchers boss, I really hope this game gets better because it’s really not that good, especially as everyone made it out to be

+10 Scimitar with 31 points in DEX still was barely doing enough to kill Ornstein and Smough or really Camera and Pillar

The actual bosses.

Even had a +10 Ricard's Rapier, a legendary Weapon to pierce Ornstein's armor

Still was like hitting him with a toothpick

Again the hard thing about that fight is the camera

And the god awful controls: no diagonal rolling, locking on just makes you more vulnerable, the most optimal way to fight them unless you had them both behind the pillar was to manually move the camera

Then you beat them and the rest of the game is easy with this "Amazing level design" that you know apparently changed people's lives or whatever is gone

Noone is nearly as challenging as them afterwards also

All in all game is like a 5/10 at best extremely overrated by the Souls fanboy's

The game really wasn't that good up until OnS anyways

Because she plays genshin she’s probably used to the sort of “hack and slash” element of the game, so that may cause her to subconsciously play the game with the same aggressive attacking behavior, I’d recommend trying to teach her that it’s best to learn to dodge all the enemies attacks and learn their patterns before fighting them so she’s already prepared, reassure her that the game is hard and it’s okay to die even with simpler enemies, that will develop good habits and maybe she’ll have more enjoyment from the game/games

you took the RAM from your wifes computer and plugged it into your computer,
you established that your computer started up fine using your wifes RAM
This means the issue wasn't the RAM

If you aren't getting any POST, and the RAM isn't the issue, your next two steps are to reset the CMOS, and then reseating the graphics card
(just to add, if your wifes computer is as old as yours is it could very well be the CMOS battery)

Well it IS very confusing did a bunch more fiddling with the below results:

1. new ram kit. At first would not post in my pc, but now it does.

2. my old ram kit, boots my wifes pc, but then her windows updated and it got stuck at windows splash screen. Swtiched in her old ram, and it boots fine.

3. my new ram works in my pc, my wifes old ram works in my pc, BUT new ram+wifes old ram does NOT post on my pc.

Did you try the same in your wife's PC? It the mobos are the same, it could easily be that it doesn't support different kinds of modules. Even if they are the same speed and capacity, the banks (chips) could have a different layout that old mobos don't support.
