wow is this because of bestial sling or are there other spells that shorten the casting of the next spells

so to be clear, I can not imagine this to be intended and to me its bug abuse. I'll give you a run down of how I believe it works. Catch flame and bestial sling both indicate "This incantation can be cast without delay after performing another action" What this means is that it does not require a start up animation and so when you normally cast an incantation you will first see a light with the sign of the incantation (like mohg's triple prongs when casting swarm of flies). You also have spells that tell you "this incantation can be cast repeatedly". What this means is that once you do the start up animation you can freely cast the spell again without having to do the start up animation once more.

What I think is happening is that it does not check what spell is being cast before honed bolt, it only checks if a start up animation was completed. This then results in it immediately skipping it and very quickly casting honed bolt. However this effect is worsened even more when also casting catch flame to the point where you even skip the hand thrust upwards animation, I don't know why this happens.

This also works for any other incantation saying it can be cast repeatedly, like rings of light or gurranq's boulder, however these are already slow animations/projectiles so isn't a big deal for these.

Btw here you have some more just spamming of all the spells with very little animation
