Anybody knows a fix to this?

Essentially, if I enter areas such as south Caelid (specifically the lake of rot) or the mountain area between Leyndell and Volcano Manor), textures start disappearing and glitching, and my character starts going through the terrain and walls, usually ending up falling through them. Opening the map also reveals it to be blank besides the markers/waypoints.

Solutions I’ve tried:

Travelling to a Grace (results in an infinite loading screen with 0 progression)

Main menu and entering again (same infinite loading screen)

Quit game and enter again (same infinite loading screen)

Uploading save from before entering these areas (fixes the game, but going back to either area starts the sequence of lags again)

||The Divine Tower of Liurna is a mid-late game location in which the player must complete part of Ranni the Witch's questline that begins in Ranni's Rise, west of the Carian Manor (Located Northwest of Raya Lucaria Academy).
In order for the player to enter the divine tower, he/she must first activate the questline by talking directing to Ranni in her rise, then later defeating Starscourge Radahn as the next major part of the questline. To acquire the item Ranni wants, you must travel underground to Nokron, The Eternal City located underneath Caelid and western Limgrave.
To be specific, you must travel to the Night's Sacred Ground, Just Northeast of Nokron. In there, you need to acquire the "Fingerslayer blade" found in a chest under the massive skeleton statue. You will likely find it.
After you return to Ranni's Rise with the Fingerslayer blade, continue the questline until she gives you an item called the 'Carian Inverted Statue' which allows you to flip the entire place upside down.

basically, that website gives you drivers that are "optimised" for your gpu but its very faulty and nvidia havent cared to change it, it can give you really old drivers to install and it can make newer games perform badly

Not a quest line afaik. You get a talisman by accepting the jar’s challenge, so to speak. You can enter from an elevator in the Siofra River or by beating Radhan and unlocking his area I believe
