Ive tested this not sure if its intended but all you need really is the relic that gives the shockwave ability to gaurdian when his super block ability is active then the shockwave deals damage propotional to what his skill blocked and because Caligo deals so much aoe damage when hes going into its next phase the shockwave reflect basically knocks him down. So once you have everything just damage him enough to cause him to try to enter his next phase which is when hes charging black energy to disperse then super block it "raise shield and dodge forward to activate super block" and if you did it right he will take a big sum of damage from the reflected shockwave and go down.

Note: Caligo took 10k damage from reflect and shockwave proc 6k for shock wave and 4k for reflect lol

also correction to myself earlier lightning strike is medium to close range not long range.

so that's only 5 long range ideal dps' in the top 15 and 7 in the top 25
meaning it's dominated by melee or medium range.

+poise is mid, improved stance breaking is mid, improved lightning attack also meh because there aren't that many lightning weapons in the game. Vigor is better than endurance, lightning slash is also a pass for me. Ult art gauge is also meh, especially on most average raiders

Still think raider is very undervalued by most. Also I think I'm one of the only raiders who doesn't powerstance jump attack spam out of principle (kinda lame imo even though it's optimal)

well the thing about Wylder is you cant really use any other type of attack but raider you do have a little more variety

I think raider is better than wylder cuz he has more battle control (also alot more poise 120 against 40) and his DPS is slightly higher with a bunch of weapons. Though wylder is still really solid since his traversal is faster and can use slightly more weapons since he can use strength and quality weapons( though this is also his weakness since he won't shine with Dex or strength) overall both characters are in my personal top 3

Powerstance eats too much stamina for my playstyle of battle control. You can mix in his ability mid combo to regen all your stamina which is great. But with powerstancing the stamina drains too fast and longer recovery frames might put you in an annoying situation more often. Though both are viable in their own way

Iron eye is not S tbh. He has no DMG pop off potential. Yes it's always solid but it will never nuke the boss (without stacking with Maria's or grafted). Guardian is also a tier below everyone, exec is below revenant aswel. And raider should be S for the amount of battle control he has +amazing dmg
